A recent study from ATTOM Data Solutions analyzed home sales between 2011 and 2019 to determine the best time to sell.

According to the study, if you want to fetch top dollar for your home, you should plan on selling in June, when homes sell at an average of 9.6 percent above market value. Selling in May came in at a close second, with homes selling for an average of 8.3 percent above market value.
